Refund Policy
JEEVA & SULOJANA SAM’S VISION AND GUIDING BUSINESS PRINCIPLES
Jeeva & Sulojana Sam, through their mentorships and e-courses, couples’ mastermind groups, one-on-one consultations, live events, etc., operate at the highest moral and ethical standards in conducting business. We are on a mission to save 50,000 marriages from divorce in the next 5 years.
Our top-notch programs are not theoretical, fluffy, or empty emotional experiences. They are practical, tested, and sequenced strategies that, if followed by the user precisely, produce measurable results time after time.
All of our programs and courses, require effort and hard work on the part of individuals and couples who work through them and diligently apply what we teach. We cannot do the work for you. We are here to serve you as your mentors, but we cannot MAKE you change. We are not your decision maker. We are the strategy makers and our strategies work. You and you alone are the decision maker and always will be.
Now, we can powerfully encourage you and inspire you to make the effort and give 110 percent. But, we can’t make the effort for you. We can powerfully encourage you and inspire you to do the hard work and be committed to the grind (it’s worth it, by the way). But we cannot do the hard work for you. That’s your responsibility.
To put it simply, we are the “how,” the “strategy,” the “process,” the “inspiration,” but we are not the “decision maker.” You are. And, if you want your marriage to be all God intends it to be and you want it to be, you must rise to the occasion and be that “decision maker” and, ultimately, the “change maker.” You must take responsibility for your life and accept the consequences of your actions— good and bad.
Thus, our Ironclad Guarantee is as follows:
OUR IRON-CLAD GUARANTEE
Here’s how it works:
(1) Demonstrate that You’ve Completed ALL Course Work,
(2) Demonstrate and Prove that You’ve Implemented ALL Steps and Processes Laid out in the Course, including working with a mentoring couple of your choice,
(3) Submit ALL Work and Evidence of Completion of Such Work With Your Refund Request, and
(4) We’ll Let You Know of Our Decision to Approve or Disapprove of Your Refund Within 30 Days. If you do not receive a response regarding your refund within 30 days, your refund has been disapproved.
Signing-up for one or many of our products and communities does not guarantee individualized contact and communication (including email or otherwise) with Jeeva Sam, Sulojana Sam or any of our authorized mentors. Our products, aside from group and individual one-on-one mentoring, are self-guided, home-study courses with mounds of built-in accountability. Jeeva & Sulojana Sam do not grant refunds based on "lack of responsiveness." The aforementioned four-part refund requirements still apply to all members of our community regardless of communication.
PROCESSING OF REFUNDS
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LIVE EVENT TICKET REFUNDS
We do not grant cash, check, credit and/or debit card refunds for live event ticket purchases. However, we can grant you a live event ticket voucher for another one of our live event experiences and/or trainings.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING AS "SURE THINGS"
Understand that refunds will never be granted because you used the course, received the benefit of the information, but lacked the will power, responsibility and decision-making capacity to do the work. That is theft of our product and you’re stealing from our corporate accounts. Under these circumstances, if you pursue a “clawback” or forced credit card refund, we will pursue criminal charges to the fullest extent of the law in your locality and also pursue civil remedies to ensure that our company is made whole.
Understand that refunds will never be granted because you say, “I got nothing out of it.” Our products are tested well before they go to market and they produce results when followed to the letter. Much like you wouldn’t change the process to baking boxed cake mix, you shouldn’t change the process in using our systems and e-courses. To demand a refund under these circumstances is theft of our product and you’re stealing from our corporate accounts. Under these circumstances, if you pursue a “clawback” or forced credit card refund, we will pursue criminal charges to the fullest extent of the law in your locality and also pursue civil remedies to ensure that our company is made whole.
Understand that refunds will never be granted because of poor financial decisions, poor financial planning, or “dire straits” household circumstances. It is not Jeeva & Sulojana Sam’s responsibility to oversee your household or its books. We are not a bank or certificate of deposit and we do not grant refunds for poor financial planning or abrupt change in circumstances in your household. To demand a refund under these circumstances is theft of our product and you’re stealing from our corporate accounts. Also under these circumstances, if you pursue a “clawback” or forced credit card refund, we will pursue criminal charges to the fullest extent of the law in your locality and also pursue civil remedies to ensure that our company is made whole.
OUR ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT
As you do, we work hard to produce our products, services and intellectual property. We work hard to ensure that we provide the absolute best strategies and tactics for your success. You may not copy either in whole or in part our intellectual property and use it for your own economic gain under any circumstances—unless you have express written permission from Jeeva & Sulojana Sam. To do so is theft of our product and you’re stealing from our corporate accounts. If you infringe upon our intellectual property, we will pursue criminal charges to the fullest extent of the law in your locality and also pursue civil remedies to ensure that our company is made whole.
OUR ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR FRAUDULENT CREDIT CARD CLAWBACKS
As outlined above, if you perform a forced “clawback” or credit card refund outside of our Ironclad Guarantee and its requirements or provisions, it is theft of our product and you’re stealing from our corporate accounts. We will pursue criminal charges to the fullest extent of the law in your locality and also pursue civil remedies to ensure that our company is made whole.
OUR ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR DISHONESTY AND FALSEHOOD
Overall, Jeeva & Sulojana Sam do not tolerate dishonesty and falsehood in their community, in communications with other community members, or in banking and/or credit card activities. If this policy is violated, Jeeva & Sulojana Sam and their agents reserve the right to remove any member from the community permanently without refund. As stated, any dishonesty or falsehood(s) used to procure an unwarranted refund will be met will fullest extent of the law in your locality and civil remedies to ensure that our company is made whole.
OUR ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR LIBEL, SLANDER AND DEFAMATION
Jeeva & Sulojana Sam also do not tolerate libel, slander and/or defamation of their leadership, mentors or members through communications, social media or otherwise. Any libelous, slanderous or defamatory activity and/or statements will be met and addressed through civil remedies to ensure that our company and its agents or assigns are made whole. Beyond full economic recovery, we will pursue punitive damages over and above full recovery for libel, slander and/or defamation based in malice or fraud.
SUMMARY
In a concerted effort to protect their intellectual property, leadership, agents or assigns, members and community, Jeeva & Sulojana Sam reserve the right to take any criminal and/or legal action with or without warning or letter through the mails or otherwise. This policy page serves as that warning.
